4c Black on blue. (Unsigned). (Type 13). (Row 1, positions 1 and 2, Row 2, positions 1 and 2 (wrong ornament at top and italis "S' in "CENTS').

Superb fresh mint block of four, the lower right hand stamp being the variety. The right hand pair (including the variety) are beautiful.

(A couple of small faults affect the left hand pair).
