Backstamped 'G.P.O. MAURITIUS DE 9 1859', 'MARSEILLE A PARIS 5 JANV 60' and 'PARIS 6 JANV 60', and on the front handstruck black '16' (decimes) charge (due on arrival in France, with 8 decimes = 7 1/2 grams under the revised Anglo-French Postal Convention by 1856).
