Brilliant Post Office fresh Unmounted top sheet marginal mint vertical strip of four. Top two stamps (gold) face value omitted. Lower two stamps normal.
(A block containing two vertical strips of four stamps (Rows 1-2) was discovered with the top two stamps both showing the (gold) face value omitted. This is the adjoining strip (Row 3) from the discovery. The error was caused by the gold frame (and value) stopping at the base of the second stamp).
